Celebrate one of Italy’s most extravagant feasts with an unforgettable dinner at Il Palio. Hosted by Chef Teddy Diggs, the Celebration of Carnevale will encompass all of the flavors and festivities of Martedi Grasso (Fat Tuesday) in divine Italian fashion. The evening will feature a hand-selected menu inspired by the celebrations that will be held across Italy, from Venice and Milan to the villages of Naples and Sicily. The night will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by a multi-course menu infused with regional Italian flavors. Tickets are available for $94 and include food, beverage pairings, tax and gratuity. Call 919-918-2545 to make reservations.

If you're not making a funny about this non Chatham-centric post;

It is not in Chatham, it's in orange. Near intersection of Estes and Franklin, near U Mall.

No, really did not know.  With all the new stuff being built, it is hard to keep up.  Guess I should have looked online first, did so after your post and found their website.

It is a 5 diamond restaurant. Nothing wrong with spending there if you want great food. Suit and tie required!

But it is in Orange county. Not sure how they got this on a Chatham list
