Leaf cleanup (mulch, bag & dump into landscaped areas)

Looking for someone in the Siler City area that can mulch, bag and dump into the landscaped areas. Property is less than 1/4 acre in town limits. We tried using a residental riding mower with bagger, but there are just too many leaves and it keeps getting clogged. We tried raising the deck and it still won't work. Need a commercial bagger.
