I'd like an explanation as to why I only have had reception only about half the year post your installation of my Direct TV dish and why the bill has doubled...
Insult to injury, clicked tube on tonight only to find another channel no longer available...

Disgusted.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.  If you had called me I could have come over and checked your dish, or you could have called Directv and gotten a FREE service call, of course I would have been there within 8-16 hours to fix the problem FREE also.

When did this problem start, we have had a lot of storms, a tree branch could have hit the dish,etc.... 

I do not know what you mean by channels missing, which ones, and have you changed your service level ?
 We have always been available any time we are notified about any problems, but if we do not hear from you we cannot fix anything.

Do not be disgusted, call, email, what ever it takes to get my attention..
