I completed, but do not think it will help much as far as the crazy development amd $$$ to be made.  I know I'll take heat for this, but  NC politics is the most corrupt from state  down to local than I've experinced in KS, CA or MS  and Ok

Sounds like Alaska has got them all beat . . . except maybe New Jersey.
