What neighborhood do you live in?  I am curious Smiley

Some of these people on this board seem to attack no matter what you say or ask.  It is really irritating.

Something that really bothers me is the fact that none of the apartments in SC have any recycling bins at their sites. All they have are trash bins. With people moving in and out all of the time, lots of cardboard is being thrown in the trash and not being recycled. Are the owners of these places so cheap that they will not pay the extra money to put them in  or does it fall back on the city? Does anyone know?
