I have to say that I'm not very impressed. As a potential customer, I would be quickly turned away by your sample work. I hope you won't mind a short critique...

To be clear I'm not a troll, nor am I interested in becoming one. This is strictly constructive criticism, nothing else.

I'm a 27yr old nerd and artist (got that from my father; he does posters for scientists; he works for the EPA in RTP)... purely from an aesthetic / appearance standpoint I'd say you're a little new to this. I was moderately surprised not to see Tripod or Angelfire mentioned in the URL. Most of the stuff on those domains is a bit ...less refined... than what you've come up with, but the tiled background and simple construction are nonetheless rather reminiscent of those sites. I see that you've implemented a proper menu and avoided the use of animated GIF images (typically applied quite generously on the previously mentioned domains) as near as I can tell, which is very good. Looks like the foreground stuff uses some CSS, which is nice, but the text is inconsistent with regards to capitalization, grammar, and spelling. (By the way, as pointed out by the previous commenter, ALL CAPS IS SHOUTING WHEN YOU'RE ON THE INTERNET. It's generally considered rude and inconsiderate.) Spellcheck utilities are good for you Wink

I'm sure that you have the technical skills to design all sorts of websites -- but the artistic eye is critically important here as well. Like it or not, looks matter.

I suggest looking at how other websites are designed, and taking some inspiration from them. Here, have some links that might also help...

What to do:

What to avoid:

http://www.theworldsworstwebsiteever.com/
http://www.theworldsworstwebsiteever.com/new_page_1.htm <- an explanation of exactly why "The Worlds Worst Website Ever" is what it is.

I hope I've been helpful -- that's what I'm aiming for, at least.
