Bassett mix or maybe Bassett-beagle mix found 2/3/10 off Epps Clark Road in Silk Hope.  Young male, fixed, very sweet, thin--but in good shape.  No collar. Call 663-4304 or 842-2698 (cell/voicemail).  Email jsmitchum@embarqmail.com and I'll send photo.

I still have no leads as to who owns this dog.  If anyone is interested in having a very well-mannered inside pet, he's great!  He's laid back--sleeps a lot.  He does not demand a lot of attention, while he is in the home.  Being truthful:  He does chase cats and acted possessive around food when my other dog approached him eating.  But otherwise, he hasn't been aggressive.  He needs a fence, since he will roam and not come back til he is ready.  Has done that to me twice!  Adorable dog though, very clean too!  Call me at the number in the first post if you want to see him.  Or request an email picture too, if you wish.
