Can you reach high siding (like almost 3 story-not a large house, but parts of it are high just b/c of the way it is)? 

Anyone used Phillip before?

Be careful just how much pressure is used on home siding, especially vinyl, wood, aluminum, cementboard, etc. Most people think the high pressure is what does the cleaning, but it is actually the cleaners/detergents and Gallons of Water Per Minute that do most of the work. High pressure (1500+psi) is only needed for brick, concrete, paint stripping, etc. Most people try using alot of pressure to reach high areas and this usually damages surfaces. What is needed is low pressure/high volume of water to gently wash those areas. It can be done safely/efficiently with the correct machine and nozzle(s).

Thank you spyder....this is correct..I do not use high pressure to actually clean the siding of a home unless it is brick and high pressure is necessary. I use a machine with a 5 gpm flow and a nozzel that will easily reach your 3 story house (every now and then I do have to use a ladder to reach some spots depending on the layout of the home). The cleaning is done by the cleaner that is used. (and it is plant and animal friendly)

Phillip did my house this past week, it has never looked so clean. We had the north side mold and he got it all off, that side is over 2 stories. I highly recommend his work if you ever need pressure washing services.

Can you clean things like fences that are far away from a waer source?  In other words do you have a large portable water tank that you can use?

Bob,

I do have my own water supply. I would have to look at the size of the fence to know if i would have enough. How far away is the nearest source of water? I would be glad to at least come out and give you a free estimate.

Phillip came today and did a great job!  He is very pleasant to work with and he did good work (along with his brother who was with him).  Highly recommend him!
