Project 1 – Stamped concrete pad for front walkway (brick look); minor grading of approximately 100 ft - removal of existing brick - extends from front step to driveway with small pad for garbage cans.
Project 2 – Find that pipe! We have plumbing in our basement but no idea where it goes. We need someone (preferably a plumber or septic specialist) with a pipe/line finder to help us figure it out. If it goes someplace accessible (as in not under our concrete pad) then we also need someone to run a septic tank.
Project 3 – Asphalt…around 75-80 yards (would want a quote with and without a concrete pad in front of garage). some grading required.
There is no set time frame on these jobs so if you can give us a better price in your “slow” period, let us know – money *IS* an object so we're willing to wait!
